By accessing the Surplus Lines Information Portal (SLIP) website, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not access this website. The North Carolina Surplus Lines Association (NCSLA) reserves the right to change these terms of use, and any continued use of this website constitutes agreement to any such changes.

The SLIP website is provided for member agents of the NCSLA and their representatives for the purposes of submitting and reviewing surplus lines policy data as required by NCGS 58-21-40. Authorized users may print, copy, and download information relative only to their submissions.

Unauthorized access to or use of the SLIP website or any NCSLA site or service is strictly prohibited.

You must be using version 6.0 or higher of Microsoft Internet Explorer to access SLIP. Adobe Acrobat Reader v5.0 or higher is also required for report printing.
